He is also the Chairman of Fluency Academy, a leading EdTech platform backed by USD 50 million from General Atlantic. Fluency has redefined language learning through scalable, creator-led education and data-driven personalization, reaching millions of students across the globe. Beyond technology, Finn is the founder of Zeno Property Limited, a residential property development company based in Auckland, New Zealand. He began his career at Clarke Group, one of New Zealand’s largest apartment developers, contributing to projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and later consulted on residential and retirement village developments. Finn's goal is to see LATAM entrepreneurs succeed, espeially leading in AI technoogy shift
